Resealing of flashing, pipe boots, and other vulnerable penetration points as needed.

One additional inspection per year on request or after a major storm, with priority scheduling for enrolled properties.

Program Terms & Conditions

Shingle replacement is limited to one replacement every 5 years up to $500 in value and will only be completed if the new shingles reasonably match the existing roof color.

Shingle replacement under this program does not apply if the damage is part of an active or potential insurance claim.

The program applies only to companies or homeowners who agree to use Prime Roofing exclusively as their roofer for any insurance claim or repair.

Services are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Inspections and maintenance are subject to scheduling and weather conditions.

The program does not cover pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damages outside normal wear and tear.
